‘14 Dutchstar 3736

About to pull the trigger on a ‘14 Dutchstar model 3736. Anything I need to know before hand? I am replacing a my previous ‘14 SOB that turned out to be a year that was known for poor workmanship. Don’t want to make the same mistake with this one! If you have this year Dutchstar? Please post any commonly known issues that I should expect.
Thanks

I have a 2015 DS 3736, so not a ‘14, however couple items -
Slide motor bolts loosen and can break motor housings. My ‘15 falls in the range that got cheap upholstery fabric that fails. Other than those items, it’s has great power/weight ratio, wheel base, no tag. Comfort Steer is awesome. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. I also looked at several ‘15 models. But preferred the older more flat roofs that are easier to clean. I am aware of the 2 items you mentioned, which I will check out soon and seem easy to maintain and repair if caught in time. I had slide mechanism(gears) issues with my other brand which failed several times. I compared the slide motors and gears to Newmar which are a far superior part.
Coming from a tag axle unit, am slightly uneasy about the handling on this one! As you said, power to weight should be an improvement. My previous unit was 43 ft with the same 450HP engine.
Thanks
