15 DS No air dump or leveling
Looking for ideas since Newmar is not responding. The HWH panel has power however the coach will not dump air and the jacks/ pump will not actuate. Any advice/suggestions?

Try a 12 volt shut down, turn back on 15-30 seconds. Hope that helps

Take out the four screws on the control panel and check the connections with ignition off. Then turn on ignition and try the control buttons to see if it works. You can jiggle the wires while doing it as well to test for a loose or bad connection.

Our HWH jack system has gone "wonky" a couple times over the years. Usually while I am making manual jack adjustments. The panel looks live but nothing happens when pressing the buttons.
I have always been able to reset it by starting the coach and airing the tanks back up, retracting the jacks and then shutting back down. The jack system has always worked after that.
Note 1: If the jacks are down and won't retract when engine is running, hold your foot on the brake (so the coach can't move) and put the coach in gear, the jacks should automatically retract at that point.
Note 2: Double check and make sure your park brake is engaged before trying to use the HWH jack panel.

Update:
Tucked behind the HWH pump was a fuse holder with a 40 amp fuse. The fuse holder wire looks to be #14v AWG along with the holder melted and shorted out. No way #14 holds 40 amps. I replaced the holder and fuse with proper size and we're back in business.
Thank for all the great suggestions!

Just had the same thing on 2014; 4369. Look under the hood at your HWH system. You will see two solenoid relays. There will be a 40 amp fuse in a closed holder. Mine was blown. Hope this works out for you. Had to order a closed holder from amazon with 8 gage wire. Good luck

srrobe,
What size fuse did you replace the 40amp with? It's clear it should not be a 40amp fuse on 14AWG wire.

I ordered the 40 amp enclosed fuse holder with 8 gage wire from Amazon. Make sure you replace with 40 amp fuse. 40 amp verified by HWH. A 30 amp fuse will be okay for testing but will blow after several retractions. Just type in 40 amp fuse holder on Amazon but pay close attention to the wire gage.

I did replace the 40 amp fuse. I spoke with HWH and the fuse holder is #10AWG so that is what I replaced it with. What's odd is we are the original owners and picked up our coach at the factory. It's clear that the fuse holder that was destroyed was a jury rig. I'm surprised that it lasted as long as it did. At any rate we're back in business and functioning. Thanks to all for the responses.
