I have my front AC in Cool Mode and it won’t turn off when it reaches the set temp.
Any suggestions?

Mine has done that a couple times. Press the off button on the thermostat and it should reset. If that doesn't work turn the salesman switch off for a minute.

Tried turning off the thermostat. Didn’t work. What is the salesman switch?

Switch by the door for the coach power. Perhaps also try flipping off the AC main breaker off for a minute.
As I said it happened to me and by powering down the problem went away. hope that works for you.

Just turned off the salesman switch. Seems to have worked. But where is the main AC breaker? I can only find the individual breakers for each AC unit in the half bath?

I am sorry for confusing you. I just meant to turn off the power to the coach. AC as in AC/DC not as in air conditioning.
Sounds like your problem is resolved?

We had this same problem recently. I pulled the H16: HVAC CONTROLS 7.5 amp fuse on the house fuse panel found in the half bath, waited a short time and reinserted it. This seemed to reset the thermostat and all three zones are now working well.

Yup, a common problem, with these CCC2 thermostats. usually removing the 12v DC fixes the issue. on occasion I have had to re-initialize the thermostat, but have always managed to fix the issue.
according to Dometic..........."they sometimes get confused "......

A reset of a CCC2 is done by:
Reset; make sure the CCC 2 thermostat is in the OFF condition (use the upper left button with the Power symbol).
Simultaneously press and hold the MODE and ZONE buttons.
The LCD will display “IniT” and all available zones.
Release the MODE and ZONE buttons.
Press the ON/OFF button to exit system set up.

We too have seen this several times. What actually happens (at least in our case), the compressor stops when it reaches the preset temperature but the fan keeps running. As several people mentioned, resetting the thermostat solves the problem.

This solution worked for a short time. Then it failed again. The Front unit continues to work correctly, but the Rear unit still exhibits the same problem. Very confusing.

It's quite possible you have a failing board in the rooftop unit ... possibly a sticking fan relay.
