18 Newmar coaches with Winegard Traveler satellite
We pick up our 18 London Aire at NIRVC in early Dec. and just got service today from Windgard for TV's. There was another MA also there who also didn't have TV service with the same system. After many hours at dealer, 2 Direct TV service calls, plus 4 different boxes the problem was the dish and LB arm. At the beginning it was thought it was the wiring and satellite boxes. Contacted Windgard and they recommended Mobil Satellite Solution and when working with Windgard it was found the dish and LB arm were either damaged or bent. Battled this problem for 6 weeks but we are watching Direct TV HD and are now Happy Campers. Frank is the owner and did the final repair on a Sunday. Here in Southern Ca. 760-401-4000. He is 83 and know satellite systems inside out.
