We owned a 95 London Aire for 8 years. We now have a Newmar Essex and would say it is one the best coaches a person can get. Great drive line and very well built. The best you could get from Newmar in 95.

Welcome to the forum and irv2.
Here is a Brochure and a 1997 Owners Guide, oldest we have.
Here is a 1996 Brochure which has more detail.
Below in my signature are links to many more that some will relate to the coach.
Good luck in your pursuit.

If this is the one in the Phoenix area listed in RV trader, be very careful. They would not allow me to have a third party inspection and would not answer basic questions about the unit such as DOT tire dates

That would be a "run away" for me.

Thats exactly what I did, Mr. D. =)
I've taken yours and many other people's advice here and decided to do this thoroughly, not spur of the moment and knowing that there will ALWAYS be coaches available. My Brother lives in PHX and I had asked him to go see the rig and hire a third party inspector. The person... not sure if he's a dealer or a pvt party (he says he has "the contract" on the coach) Said that he would drive the coach to a facility of his choosing for an inspection and that the inspection could last no more than two hours.
NO SALE! But that also means I dont have to deal with replacing Aubergine carpet, sofa and trim

David
