Question 1996 MADP Odometer

I have been lurking on this forum for a few months and finally bought a 1996 Mountain Aire DP. Of course, having purchased this from an out-of-state dealer, there was absolutely no manuals, maintenance logs, or paperwork in the coach. I downloaded a 1997 MA Owners Guide and got answers to a lot of my questions. I also got a lot of answers lurking in this forum also. But, one thing I am not able to find is where is the odometer located. Lots of dials and switches on the dash, but for the life of me, I don't see an odometer. The dealer listed mileage for this unit in the online ad, but where did he get it from?

What chassis is yours on? Ours which is a Freightliner, the odometer is in the speedometer pod and the RPM pod had the trip meter. Both of them are hard to see during the day or night, very dim LCD readouts.

I don't know what gauges they used in 96', but they are likely the same as in my 2000'. Stewart Warner. The odometer is in the speedometer.

You are correct sir. I found a darkened area on the speedometer. When I started the coach nothing showed up in this area, also with dash lights on it only lights up but no numbers show. Thanks for your help.
