1997-98 F53 Trailer Wiring

I'm hoping there's someone who's "been there, done that" when thinking about trailering behind a gas 1998 Kountry Aire. The trailer connections are these seven colorful wires:

ORANGE
BROWN
BLUE
WHITE
GREEN
YELLOW
RED

Can someone say what each is for...it appears that WHITE is ground. Thanks!!

Hope this is what your looking for, the diagram below does not have the orange wire listed, but I would "assume" it would be the back up lights
