2 fresh water tanks

Getting MH ready for the season. Sanitized the fresh water tanks.Why have 2 tanks?I guess each tank holds 37.5 gallons.

Do not forget the water heater when sanitizing so no egg smell in hot summer months, winterize -- de-winterize.
