Cool 2000 Newmar Dutchstar - no rear signal lights?

Hi, relatively new to this. Motorhome has head lights, tail lights, brake lights, front signal lights, side signal lights No rear signal lights? I have checked every fuse possible. When hooking up my tow vehilcle i also have no lights on it as well. My question is - I assume it is a wiring issue? Has anyone got any quick tips before I have to get someone to look at it? Thanks!

Rick, we need a little more information about your motorhome - year, make, model, gas or diesel, and make of chassis. Motorhomes are wired different according to the above and we need that information to help you find the problem.

Rick,

In your motorhome there are fuses and relays for the lights under the hood and over the generator. There is a plastic cover over that panel and once you remove the cover you will see the fuses and relays.

There are also fuses in a rear compartment and that is likely where the problem is if it is a blown fuse(s). Look the the bay in front of the battery compartment. You will see a couple of black boxes and the covers pop off. There are fuses for the tail lights and turn signals. I had a 2000 DSDP / Spartan, and I shorted the cable going to the toad and blew two fuses in that compartment. I took a long time to find them.

Good luck.

Just wanted to say thanks. It turned out to be a fuse in the back department in front of the batteries. Thanks guys for your help.
