Hi Dutchstar:
[Mod Edit] The troubleshooting techniques, solutions, and the people who have experience and knowledge to help with your problem are likely very different than those in this thread where you posted.
You might try searching the main forum (https://www.irv2.com/forums/f59/) using keywords for your symptoms (maybe "instrument panel," "gauges," or "no power to instrument cluster" to see if anyone has run into this already. If you don't find something related and helpful, then there is a button at the bottom of the list of threads on that page where you can start a New Thread.
Wish I could be more helpful--I don't look forward to the first time we get stranded "on the road" somewhere... but I'm guessing it's happened to most of the folks on this forum at one time or another if they've spent much time out there.
Best of luck!

Hi again, Dutchstar. One of the moderators moved your post to a new thread (here) for us. I'm hoping this helps you get the input you need more quickly.
Stay safe!

1dutch.....
In our vintage coach on Freightliner, when you see dash gauge behavior that makes no sense, it is often the VDC that deserves the first look. Vehicle Data Computer is a smallish plastic box with both electric and pneumatic inputs, about the size of a paperback book, usually located on the passenger side wall of the engine compartment, about chest high and an arms length in. VDC failure is not uncommon in our vintage.
