2001 Mountain Aire A/V help needed

We have just purchased a "new/old" Newmar; on our first short shake-down. I am having trouble getting the TV to search channels and receive in this system. The rig has the old technology - I suspect was installed by Newmar. There is an A/V Control Center, VCR, DVD changer, two televisions. I would welcome any advice anyone might be able to offer, other than "upgrade the system" - that will come in time! Thanks in advance.

I would say that you need a digital conversion box for the older TV. That is one on the main reasons for changing out the TV IMHO!

Welcome to the forum & irv2.
Congratulations on you new Newmar.
The old tv system would now require the control box's needed to pick up the cable HD broadcasts. RS has them plus you need a HD antenna attached to you antenna.
Most people are changing out the older tv's to LTD OR LED's.
You can find some installations here in QT's # 3.
Here is a Brochure & Owners Guide. There is some information on tv hook-up in OG.

Thanks for the quick responses. I'll keep working. Might take an upgrade after all.
