2002 Newmar Mountain Aire Generac Primepact 66G

Generac Primepact 66G Generator on my 2002 Newmar Mountain Aire
was hard starting after a running few hours on cold nights on my drive from Pennsylvannia to Arizona.

I did an oil change, new oil filter, new spark plugs. It would start ok buty was blowing smoke. I replaced the fuel filter. Still blowing smoke.

I ended up having to clean clean the carburator and the choke solenoid pluger, used a little WD-40 and fine machine oil and wiped clean, went over all the mechanisms, used carburator cleaner on the carburator and it is running great, no smoke. I then set the voltage to 120 Volts AC.

I made a little how to video, in case anyone runs into problems with their Generac Primepact 66G and want to do a tune up themselves. It might save you having to pay someone for a fairly simple job.
