2003 Mountain Aire Diesel Pusher Turn Signal Problem

Hi All.
2003 Moutain Aire Diesel Pusher with Freightliner Chassis.

I have a problem with turn signal not functioning. Hazard also doesn't work.

No clicking or any signs of the lights functioning from the dash or outside.

Checked all the fuses underneath the driverseat, they are good.

Q1. Where can I find the flasher relay?
Q2. Rear view mirror compass is down, is there fuse for this?
Q3. My stereo and CB are also down where are fuses for these?

Thanks.

May not help but on my Spartan there is a fuse and relay panel in front over the generator.

I had the same problem with my 06 MA with the flashers and turn signals. All the fuses were fine so I bought a heavy duty flasher and that didn't fix it either.

After a long call to Spartan I found out that they use a electronic style flasher that you can only get from them. I tried eveywhere to get one too. It did fix the problem and I bought two just to have one extra.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you for the link. These will come handy and hopefully will cross over 100% to 2003. I notice it does a bit comaparing to the owners manual.

I have found the flash relay location or I think I have. Red relay? Both of the calls to Freightliner and Newmar were wrong.

They pointed the dash fuse panel and there is no dash fuse panel on my DP.

I have been looking for page 21 on my DP for some time still haven't found it.

Anyone have 2003 MA.4006?

Thanks.007 and the rest!

Sorry about.skpping all the vital info.

On page 21 it also shows Bidirectional isolator along with in line fuses and such I cannot locate it on my coach despite that same page exist on my manual.

Page 42 on the link is also present on my owner's manual but I cannot locate the interior fuse panel.

Have you looked through this link for 12v wiring and fuses locations found in QT's # 3.
Link is used as a reference link for fuse locations that have been pretty constant over the years.

I have looked through that link as you have suggest a few posts ago and no, it is a bit off for 2003. Even 2003 MA manual's got some of it wrong.

Naturally, I have emailed them directly.

1. Interior fuse panel that is supposedly located in the bedroom on the left side – The Interior fuse panel will be located next to the 110 vac Breaker Box in the bedroom.

2. Location of bidirectional isolator relay along with inline fuses – The B.I.R.D. box is located in the shore cord compartment behind an ABS panel velcroed to the back wall.
It is velcroed to the back wall. A crucial information that can help you find this when you are only looking at the front wall. I still haven't verified this information.

3. Rear view compass mirror fuse – All these fuses will be located in the Front Electrical Panel on the outside of the coach under the driver’s window.
4. Power window fuse
5. CB radio fuse
All of these guys had been working fine but now all three are dead. ALL the fuses are fine under the driver. I wonder what is going on here. Anyone with similar experience?

6. Slide out controller – You have three slide controllers. The two controllers for the front slides should be located under the bathroom or kitchen sink attached to the floor. The slide out controller for the bedslide will be located in the dresser across from the bed under the bottom drawer attached to the floor.

Also for the dash fuse panel... FYI.
In 2003, we started installing a front electrical compartment outside of the coach located under the driver’s window. Your fuse panels will be located there.
