I have tried but only found out that Newmar will not give out copies of the drawings. What a shame. It makes it hard to repair the coach.
My drivers window will go down sometimes and other times it won’t. My guess is the switch operates a relay that drives the motor, but where are they hidden is the question. Does anyone have knowledge of this circuit? My next step is to use a toner to trace the switch wiring through the coach if I can’t find the drawings.
Anybody have any info?

A lot of times an intermittent window in a door will be caused by the wire breaking inside the flexible conduit that carries the wires into the door, is this window is in a door? If so a quick test is to hold the button down while swinging the door back and forth. I'm guessing though that there is no driver's door on your Mountain Aire.

My 1999 DSDP, has the drivers door and the power window has no relay.
The switch reverses power to the motor.
You problem sounds like , internal issues in the motor , or binding in the track.
You’re going to have to access the motor for further testing.

No door. It is a DP. The window is right beside the drivers left arm.

I checked today and the switch is putting power out to lower the window and the power is reversed when trying to raise the window. There is no relay involved. My next step will be to remove the motor. Now the fun begins.

It looks like Skip426 was right on with the problem.

Make sure the wiring to the switch is providing good ground .

My switch failed and I found replacement on Amazon , ordered the wrong P/N and got two switches , now that I'm carrying a spare I'm confident I'll never need it.
