2005 Kountry Star Air Tank Drains

I have just purchased a 2005 Newmar Kountry Star diesel pusher with a Spartan chassis. I can only find two air tank drains on this RV, in front of the front axle. I am having difficulty locating the "wet" tank drain.

Those are the only 2 tanks, you should have an Air Dryer in the same compartment as the Fuel Filters?
