2006 Essex with Eplex a/c change over advice

I need to replace 2 a/c's so might as well do all 3. I am looking at the Houghton AC3800 from RecPro. After trolling IRV2 for my options they all seem pretty complicated. This unit is remote control, The temp sensor is in the remote. They seem pretty plug and play. As long as you have 120v. the remote will handle everything and no complicated wiring or change over. They claim to be much quiter than most units. Everything sounds good. There has to be a catch, nothing with Eplex is simple. One concern I have is will the remotes bleed over and control all 3 units when adjusting the temp. etc. on a single zone. I don't think that will be a problem. I am sure the remote has to be pointed directly at unit, to read. My a/c skills are very limited, so I am seeking advice or recommendations. Is this a good option for me and other EPLEX owners. I have attached the installation and owners guide. I am not concerned with losing the furnace control, We usually just use a ceramic space heater to knock chill off. Could some of you well-versed guys help me. Thanks
