2007 Essex toilet vent cover?

I have been working on the roof, cleaning and resealing with Dicor. While there my knee bumped one of the plumbing vent covers. It is/was extremely brittle and mostly crumbled. I stopped down to me local RV store and they don't have anything like it.

I am pretty sure this is the same vent (in this link) . . .

Replace-All Plumbing Vent Kit - Polar White - Camco 40033 - Fan and Vent Accessories - Camping World

1) Has anyone else replaced one of these?

2) Mine looks like this but has one small Phillips screw in it (holding it on?) . . . how do you get the cover off? I removed the screw and tried to pull straight up on it and it crumbled even more.

3) Where did you get just the cap?

4)Is there any cleaner you recommend for the sky light plastic?

You could replace the cap portion with a Cyclone model that turns with the air flow and provides positive venting.

The link you provided is an all in one cap and for less than $8 renews the whole vent. If the cap is brittle, the flange probably is too. The one you looked at includes screws and putty tape, it's not a hard swap out with a screwdriver.

If you just want to use the same flange and put on a new cap, this is what you could use:

I have replaced two, just the caps, and found them at our local RV store so I believe them to be a common item. If I remember correctly the cap has a couple of spring clips under the cap so the just pull off (and push on) once the screw is removed.

Jager we use the 360 product on both vent stacks, they seem to work well. I believe Lippert just got involved with the company https://360productsnorthamerica.com/site/

Thanks for the info and help everyone.

BFlinn - I assumed the base was PVC glued to the pipe. I didn't realize it was just set on it. Now that I know that replacing the base is no big deal and that is what I'll do. Thanks.
