I can't speak to that individual Bay Star you're looking at, but you can use the NADA price guide for the 2011 3302
and combine it with the options (vs. standard features). The 2011 brochure
lists the options vs standards and you can use that to price estimate in the NADA tool.
As with any used coach, the maintenance and upkeep are the biggest factors. (Mold, mildew, water leaks, excessing fading, roof seams in poor shape, etc.) Of course flooding like this (last week in Palm Harbor, FL) would be very bad too!
