2011 KingAire Furniture?
Has anyone with a KingAire or Essex had any problems with the Villa furniture as far as the leather stretching and the cushions breaking down?

No problems with the cushions. We have one spot where the leather has stretched some and is now creased. I confess, it's where I slouch.

A good friend, who drives an 07 Essex, had to have the dining sofa replaced as one side (where is wife always sat) completely broke down. It was done by Villa, in California, at no charge. We have the same "diner" and have had no issues.

Our 2011 KA hide-a-bed cushions are showing some wrinkles. We just keep switching them side to side and that keeps the stretching to a minimum. It looks like the stretching will be permanent in time.

They show as option leather recliners and had friend with leather furniture installed as option , leather will stretch & crack, the Ultra-leather is softer and more comfortable and has stood up well in my 10 year coach with many kids to try and wear it out, did not happen.

Our 2013 Ventana has Flexsteel furniture that we're very unhappy with--it's really the only thing about our new coach that we're not delighted with. The stitching is awful with a wad of "leather" sewn together in one spot and then pulled tight through a large section next to it. Our dinette is badly stretched out after very short use. One couch is badly framed with a large gap between cushions. We'll be back to our dealer in the next month or so and they promise that Newmar will make it right. I've seen some of our concerns in Dutch Star pictures on this site so there may be a problem at Flexsteel.

Leather is not a single commodity. There is leather and then there is "leather." We replaced our uncomfortable Ultraleather sofa and recliner with Ekornes Stressless pieces and paid for a mid-grade of leather on those. The leather we have is soft and supple the way good leather is supposed to be. It looks even prettier as it ages, just like an old bomber jacket. I wouldn't expect that the leather used in an upgraded Villa sofa would compare with what we have which is one of the reasons we chose not to order our replacement furniture from them. Villa's price in Ultraleather for a new sofa wasn't much less than we paid for the real stuff.

I have notice that also my Flex-Steel has stood up great for the past ten years, newer furniture looks not as solid, cushions look thinner.
