2011 Ventana 4335 Query

Hello! We are getting ready to close on a 2011 Ventana 4335, a beautiful coach with low miles. I wonder if anyone has input on any known issues with this year/model? Also, this coach has been customized to house a pop up TV and storage unit where the passenger couch would normally be, leaving no couch but two quality recliners, opposite. With just the 2 of us traveling, I'm not too concerned with this but would love input from anyone who may have experience with this layout. Actually, any input would be great! We are not new to RVing but can certainly always learn!

Two recliners is our preferred setup. We reposition them as desired for TV watching, having guests over, etc.

Thank you, Vince & Susan! I appreciate your input. My husband was a bit concerned it may affect resale. I don't think it will be an issue as some will always like things that others won't.

No couch

Dan, here is a picture. The big screen TV is in a lift directly below the window, opposite the recliners. Thanks again, for any input!

While I haven't gotten around to any conversion yet. I would definitely want recliners in place of my sofa. I think it would increase the value of your coach.

We ordered a 2016 DSDP with 2 recliners configured just like yours, but instead of a cabinet with a "pop up" TV, we have the Televator TV with sofa/bed option in front of it.

Because there's only 2 of us, the cabinet option you're considering would be okay in my book, but it might be less desirable for couples who may occasionally have a guest.

My personal preference is to own a coach configured to meet my lifestyle, not the way a prospective buyer might want it...within reason of course.

I love the look of your coach, enjoy it!
