2012 Ventana 3433 Floor Tiles Lifting

I purchased a pre-owned Ventana 3433 DP in November with 47,000 miles on it. Got a great deal.

We noticed yesterday that the interior tile floor, between the kitchen slide and dining booth slide has three tiles all in a row with the same corner lifting (see photo). We have been in the process of moving into the coach for full-timing and have been living in it at an Escapees RV park near Port Townsend for about two weeks. The slides have been out the whole time and no driving. I honestly can't imagine the slide rails causing floor tiles to lift, but can they? They run through the center support box and have no contact with the flooring that I can see.

The slides operate perfectly with no noise, no binding and open and close square, plumb and true. I also see no effect on the tiles when moving the slides. So to me, that eliminates that factor, except that the tiles are in a straight line directly over the rear slide rail for the front, driver side slide-out.

I also suspect moisture may be causing the sub-floor to lift, but in a strait line? And I don't think loading the coach with our belongings would cause the floor to shift, but could it?
