The only 120v outlet there I’m familiar with is the outlet that feeds the block heater. There is a switch in your coach somewhere that has to be on in order for it to be energized. Probably located in an overhead control panel.

Look at your panel for a switch. If not there, you may have a circuit breaker in your panel that turns it on and off.

I have a 2013 MA and tracking down the issue with mine hasn't risen to the top of my list yet, but mine is only getting a very small voltage to it...like 5 or 6 volts. Breaker and switch on. My next steps are to test the incoming and outgoing voltage on the breaker (which is in the panel in my 1/2 bath) and also the switch, which is in my passenger side overhead. I'm thinking one or the other of those went bad.

On my 2013 DS the switch is In the overhead by the door just below the slideout rocker switches. There is also a 15 amp breaker in the power panel ( mine is in the 1/2 bath)
That being said, I tried mine the other day and nothing, so I have some digging to do.

mine works. Very good idea to leave the bloc heater unplugged in case the switch up front is accidently left on...
