2014 Dutch Star

Looks like Newmar is making some interesting changes to '14 Dutch Star a la '13 Mountain Aire features -- frameless windows, multi-plex lighting, covers on vents in ceiling, work area at passenger seat, light bars inside. All nice features IMO. Not sure of price increase.

A few new floor plans. Keeping 4018 and 4318.

Will be interested to see pictures.

Deek

P.S. Steve Morrison, we're NOT upgrading at this time so just don't go there!

Here is some information on the 2014 Dutch Stars that a friend received from Nappanee just today ... they include the floor plans and price sheets.

Deek, I think one of these might have your name on it ...

Some interesting new features, but I question the 23,000# rear axle. I thought 20,000# was the federal weight limit.

Last week when I was talking with some Newmar folks, I heard the Dutch Star was moving to the Luxury Motorhome lineup. If this is true, it will be nice that the DSDP gets the cut and buff as well as the extra clear coat on the exterior paint as does the other Luxury lineup coaches.

It was raised last year to 24,000#. Matching passenger bus limits.

Boy, it looks like somebody from Newmar took all our ideas and ran with them. Those are some great floor plans.

Pardon the ignorance on my part, but where can I find the info discussed?

Thanks,

Roy

Thanks, but that is my problem. I don't see any links with your first post. Is it because of the iPad app? To keep this thread on point, the DSDP is #1 on our list of fulltime RVs currently, and I am looking for all the info I can get!

You have to go to the regular web site if you are using an Ipad. Not sure why, but that is the only way to see attachments.
