We had a cracked tile in front of the stove. The dealer replaced it with one of the spares that came with the coach. No evidence now that there was ever a problem.

Your profile says you have a Fleetwood. If you traded for a Newmar, is it still under warranty? Have your dealer check it out. There might be an underlying problem you can't see.

When we got our '02 DSDP the stealer kept the spare tile and we didn't know we were supposed to get them. Glad people are finding honest dealers!

We had several cracked tiles in ours and when we were in Nappanee they were replaced with our spares plus they dug up some more extras for us to take with us. It was determined the cracks were caused by the rollers on the FWS. They retrofitted the new floor runners to our coach and the problem has not reoccurred.

You won't know until you contact your dealer or Newmar. It all depends on your approach. Doesn't hurt to ask either one or both. You'll either get a yes or no answer. But if yes, you need to publicize it to people.

Ours was still under warranty but Newmar has a reputation for being very fair with things like this. A much better chance of success would be had during a factory visit.

Our 2015 has a cracked tile in the bathroom, which doesn't have a slide. It appeared somewhere in month two or three. We'll get it swapped when we go in for service next time. I hope all the other ones that are about to go, decide to go, before we go (in).

If your worried by cracked floor tiles how about a cracked Corian counter top.
We had one replaced in 99, seems like the Corian those days had 1/8" Corian glued on a 3/4" masonic boarding and our big kitchen slide would flex and caused the Corian to crack in corners near stove to corner of slide.
We had been about done with work we wanted done on visit but was told we had to stay an extra day.
A fine Amish carpenter came in at 6 AM and started to measure our counter and I asked why they said we needed a new counter and explained why it cracked because of the way they built the counters in 98 gas coach's.
It may be the only gas coach with the solid Corian counter like the big brothers at the time DS, MA, LA that has one.
That same carpenter is in a lot of the Newmar brochures still working at Newmar.
I would not worry about your floor tiles if they find others that are cracked they will replace them also.
