2014 Newmar Dutch Star 4018 FL - Headlamp Assembly

FYI Post - I was thinking about replacing my headlamp assembly on my 2014 Newmar Dutch Star 4018 on Freightliner Chassis because the lenses are fogged up. Fortunately I've found an inexpensive polishing kit that will clear up the lenses until I am ready to replace each assembly.

The issue I had originally is where to get the new headlamp assembly, yes I could get one from Newmar for pretty penny but as a DIYer of sorts I was sure I could get it for a lot less $$. I had seen where others had mentioned the assemblies where from a Dodge Charger or Dodge Challenger but quickly realized those were not the right ones for my rig. On the bottom of the lens is a set of numbers that actually tells you all the information you need.

Numbers on the Lens: RH SAE AHRI PP2 -08 H11 VOR DOT DEPO 333-1185

RH - Right Hand side
SAE - Society of Automotive and Aerospace Engineers
AHRI - Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute
PP2 -
H11 - Bulb size
VOR
DOT - Department of Transportation
DEPO 333-1185 - Manufacturer and Assembly Part Number

If you look up, DEPO 333-1185, you will likely find it listed as an After-Market Product, however a little further digging and I found out that the Headlight Assembly is actually used for:

2011-2019 Dodge Grand Caravan/Chrysler Town and Country 2008-2016 Halogen Chrome Interior

I have attached a picture of my coaches headlamp assembly and a picture of the referenced Dodge headlamp assembly.

I've used several " kits " to clean up the headlight lenses and found the result doesn't last long ; unless : you keep up frequent treatment with 303 Protectant , to keep them looking like new.
