2015 DS 4369 Televator Cab. Measurements
I'm interested in drafting a concept drawing for an expanded custom cabinet that would house the TV lift (televator) and other electronics in lieu of the driver side upper cabinet, and dropping the couch.
I'd be greatful to someone that has access to these measurements and could provide them to me:
Width (between left wall and galley cabinet):
Height (floor to top of cabinet):
Depth (wall to front of cabinet):
This would apply to coaches optioned with a couch rather than the bar.
If anyone one has a pic of the televator mechanism without the cabinet front in place that would be awesome.
This is just proof of concept so measurements with a tolerance of +-1/4" is fine.
Thanks! Marc

When I get the coach back, I'll get you some measurements.
I believe this is what you would like a measurement from?

That's the ticket! Thanks buddy!
Perhaps one more measurement, an estimate of the maximum distance that a custom cabinet could extend out form the wall without interfering with the passenger seat or impede movement with the slide in.

Cabinet is 69" w X 17" d
It could go the full width of the slide & not interfere with the seat.
Slide in

The cabinet/desk that Newmar is putting in our 2015 3736 instead of the love seat goes all the way to the end of the slide.

I'll check back later, hitting the road. Got a 1000 to get back to the stick & bricks.

Hope this helps. Keep in mind, this is from my 4381, not a 4369, but I believe the televator and surrounding cabinets dimensions are probably the same.

Thanks, no rush.
I'm curious whether the elevated (`6") carpeted platform/box is an artifact of basement design or slide mechanisms that can't be eliminated.

Thanks! Do you know what the depth of the cabinet will be?

This is quite useful information for me to use as a launch point for exploring some concepts.
Was this something Newmar provided you or is there a web resource for these engineering drawings?

This was part of the drawing package for my special requests that has to be approved before construction. I think I have a few photos from the build as well, let me go looking.

Televator photos, I doubt these have the detail you are looking for but will post just in case they can help.
We considered having Newmar build cabinets in that area, had seen PDR John's setup on a post about a year ago and was very impressed with what he had done, very functional. In the end, we figured we won't ever full time in this coach so the storage wasn't that critical and we went with the opposing sofas. But, great idea for the extra cabinets.

Inside depth is 16 7/8, outside depth including counter top is 18 7/8 not including the televator cabinet which is about 10" deep.
