2015 DSDP Floor Heat only partially working.

I have searched the issue here with no luck. I have 3 zone switches for Fwd, Mid, & Rear Floor Heat. Middle zone works great, others nope. Is there a module to reset? Breakers are good. Thanks!

In our 17DS there are relays under the sink in the full bath and in the lower left cabinet in the 1/2 bath that control the floors. I had to replace one in the 1/2 bath when the bedroom floor stopped working.

Mine has a GFCI for each zone, they're in the half bath.

I have 15, DSDP 4369. I still have issues with my floor heat turning off. There is a software up date or flash to fix this. Being 6 hrs from dealer, have been not that direction to get the fix. The middle zone is located over the oasis, so that area is always warm. Don’t know about your floor plan.

Front and mid zone relays in half bath working. Dug into the rear zone Floor Heat issue. No 12 volt power to relay switch under rear sink, 110v in is good. Checked out wall switch - 12v in but only thing going out is a fluxuating < 1volt. These switches should put out 12 v right? Pretty sure switch is bad. Didnít want to start hot-wiring relay or 110v to floor to further isolate the issue and burn something up... Planning to order switch when back home. Relay in junction box is for rear floor heat, pics of switch front & back.

How about swapping switches and see if the issue is resolved.

BINGO, Swapped switched, floor heats great! Thanks for the trouble shooting tip. Now I can order a new switch without worry.

Finding & testing relays, switches lead to solution, Thanks! After swapping switches around, everything works. Turns out connector to rear Floor Heat switch was not passing along current. Just needed some exercise to reestablish current flow, all switches back in original place and working, all Floor Heating zones working. Total repair tab = $0, gotta ❤️ that!
