2015 Dutch Star 4369
Where have I been. Just found your site. Have been on Yahoo site for years, but it has dwindled a lot.
Anyway, we now have a 2002 DSDP. Has been a great coach for twelve years, but we have decided to upgrade. Just ordered a 2015 DS 4369. Expect delivery in April A long wait.
Our 2002 is on a Spartan Chassis. Of course the 2015 is on a freightliner. Any concerns here. Also a little nervous with the full wall slide. Any comments?

welcome to the group! As you can see from my signature I think you have great taste . There are a lot of DS out ther with the full wall slide working just fine. The difference is the proceedure for extending it though some question the factory recommendation. (Slide out first then level) I can relate to the long wait. We placed our order at the Hershey Show in September and pushed the delivery back to late April/May to avoid the snow. As far as chassis both have the same features. I have driven both and I can't tell a difference but then again I'm pretty new to this. Best of luck with your new coach!

2015 dsdp 4369
We just ordered a 2015 DS 4369. Traded in our 2002 DS with a Spartan Chassis. The new DS is on a Freightliner chassis.
I have a few concerns: The chassis//full side slide//cold tile floor//plus I'm sure many many more.
Won't be able to pick up till April
BTW, first time on site. Always used Yahoo Newmar BB.

Welcome.
We ordered a 2015 Ventana at the Hershey show with an expected January delivery. Can't wait.
We have a Winnebago DP on a Freightliner chassis now. No issues in 4 years and I love the drive/ride.

Welcome. Your at the right place for information but it sound like you have a ton of experience with the brand. We were really wanting to pull the trigger on a new DS 4369. I love that floor plan. We decided to scale back a little and are getting close to pulling the trigger on a 07 MADP. Congratulations on your new DS.

If you have not ordered any specials or any custom work might want to have a read through the forum and see what is possible. You likely still have time or go to Newmar and have a discussion of what is possible.
I have learned a lot from the members on this forum.

Wife wants a 4375, can't find one to even show her pictures of! The 2014 brochure has a 4374 which is very close. Personally I like the 4372 and there is a left over 2014 near us, but the price is still higher than I should be able to buy a 2015 for.
Looks like we'll have to wait till the 2016's come out anyway.

Just saw your other post regarding cold tile floors. Heated floors are an available option. We have them in our home and was one of the must haves on our list.

Welcome gjbeels to the Newmar forum and irv2.
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide for you.
In my signature below you will find links to many more for your new up coming DSDP.
Here is a good write up on the 2015 DSDP.
At the top of this forum you will find stickies that will have info on FWS and in QT's # 3 info on people, THE HOOTS, that have the FWS also.
The chassis is in this forum.
If you have any more to ask you have come to the right place and may meet some of the people you knew in the other forum.
Enjoy the forums.

Ds 2015
Thanks to everyone that has responded.
We ordered our 2105 from Midway RV in Grand Rapids, MI. Worked with a young fellow named Chad. Very nice experience. Satisfied with price , not satisfied with IL sales tax
Yes, we did order heated floors and added a few specials...cedar closet, extra drawers in food cabinet and drawers in leu of dish washer, raised toilets 2", plus a few dealer installed changes.
This will be our third coach...2000 Winnebago Adventurer Gas...2002 DS, which was goint to be our last until we sae the 2015 DS.
