2015 Dutch Star AC Failed

We are returning from Florida to Ohio. However both AC units are not functioning and the Comfort Control Center has shown E-7 which indicates a " loss of 120 Vac power to all module boards on the system. The system will shut down" Yes in fact it has shut down!! I have looked at all of the electrical schematics but find none controlling the module boards. Any thoughts as how the system can be re-energized? It going to be a hot ride home since the chassis AC is also not functioning as it normally does. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is the problem on both shore power and generatir? If just generator, are other things are working ok on the generator? Maybe a circuit breaker on the generator.

Have you tried shutting the 120volt circuit breakers off and back on ?
There should be one circuit breaker for each roof A/C unit , unless you have three and then your problem may be with the energy management system.

We are currently on shore power and the units today, while on the road, ran ok The units worked when we stopped for the evening and approx. 3 hours later failed with the E-7 code.
Both AC circuit breakers were turned off/on with no effect.
Thanks for the rapid reply but so far nothing appears to be of any assistance.

Low voltage from the post may have triggered the fault .
I'd be tempted to shut down the shore power and fire up the gen set to see if there is any change.
Is there any thing in your info on the E-7 code that says what possible causes are??

I would also suspect low voltage at the shore power post. If there are numerous coaches on the same transformer and all using air conditioning that will draw down the voltage. As an outside shot there may be loose connections in the 120 volt panel or transfer switch. Have you measured the voltage in the coach after the AC's shut down, or better yet, measure before a shutdown?

It was too late at campground to fire up generator. In AM I noticed that we had no hot water even though Oasis heater were on. Realized there was a more basis problem so toggled thru options on Power Control system. It showed no power! Problem was one of the breakers on the power pole opened and the green light on 50 amp plug wasn't its normal "green". Problem resolved. Believe the difficulty was both AC running and wife using the convection oven, probably overloading the circuit. Thanks for all of the valuable input.

RG Neumann, The hard wired items ie AC are on one leg of the 50 amp circuit and the microwave is a plug in and on the other leg. Should not have overloaded the either circuit. Maybe just a weak breaker.
