2015 mountain Air Oasis

Good morning everyone
My friend has a 2015 mountain air and was told by Newmar that when using electricity to power the oasis it would only heat up his water.
If he uses the diesel burner then he could heat his coach.
Is that true?

If it like my Ventana 4369, then not quite true. Electric will heat water and the coach. But when it gets really cold outside it can't keep up so the burner is needed. Or you can just run the burner in all cases.

Having had a 2014 MADP for 6+ years -the 2- 1,500 electric Oasis heating elements will handle normal hot water demand & heat up to a point- in real cold weather- <20 degrees outside & when taking a long shower >15 minutes, and doing laundry -they need supplementation from the diesel burner.

That's been my experience.

Happy Trails
