2015 Ventana 4369 Digi Level Gauge Voltage Reading

New to Newmar Ventana and have been traveling for a couple weeks. My Digi Level gauge seems to be giving good black, grey and fresh water readings, but the battery voltage is showing around 7 volts. I know this isn't accurate as the coach starts fine and house batteries support an eight hour trip with fridge and other parasitic items running. Is there a possible set up error resulting in a 50% calculation error?

The battery voltage should be coming from the merge solenoid. You might go to the shore cord bay and tighten all connections on the solenoids at the back wall. If you have a volt meter, check the voltages there. If those are good, the monitor will need to be replaced as it’s not reading the information correctly.

Didi Level gauge showing incorrect battery voltage

Thanks for the response. Checked the voltages at solenoid and all were at 13.9 volts. Guess that points me to Digi Level gauge. Assuming would have to purchase directly from Newmar?

That can be purchased from any NIRVC parts department or your Newmar dealer.
