I'm puzzled and hoping someone can help me "see the light" so to speak. It's also possible I just don't understand how the floor plans in the Newmar products work. Nonetheless help me out if you can.

So we do know that we like the 4369 floor plan. From looking at the build sheet it appears that you can have the L shaped couch with a lift TV and fireplace on the opposite side at an angle with a recliner on the TV side of the room.

The question is why don't you see any 4369's in this configuration on the dealers lots? I have searched inventories of multiple dealers and can't find this layout. We see many with couches on either side and have seen some with the dual recliner on one side and the lift TV on the other behind the opposing couch, but none with the L shaped couch with TV/fireplace.

We have spent quite a bit of time in multiple 4369's with various configurations, but have yet to see even a picture of one with our preferred layout. We would like to see one with this layout and how the space is used with the L couch/fireplace/TV/recliner. Does anyone have this layout and care to comment on how the space works for you? I would love to hear or better yet see this unicorn. Maybe I am reading the build sheet wrong and this is not possible? Thanks for any insight.

Have you tried contacting a dealer? In my experience dealers don't always have every unit on the website or they may not have accurate images. Of course if you have contacted some of them and they don't have the layout you're looking for, I'm not sure why that would be. My advice would be to call or stop into a dealer and ask them. Yes we have been looking at one dealer here locally that has many new Dutch stars. Since they do not have the configuration we are looking for we have been looking at online inventories and still can't find this layout. Just seems odd that we cannot find this anywhere.

Gauranty Rv has one in stock. The 2 couch and euro dinette do not work for us but if you need to sleep a lot of people it may make sense. We were looking at a fireplace unit but decided that heated floors and 2 recliners is our preferred set up. Look at a 4018 for the L couch. We don't think you get a great seating arrangement if you want to have a conversation with 4 people on the l shaped couch. 2 on STD couch and 2 in recliners is very nice. Randy

Ok great I will have a look at gauranty. My sales guy says the configuration we like is not as popular. He says people prefer the two recliners with the opposing couch. He also said that with the slides in the L couch makes it difficult to walk through the coach.

There are a few 4018's out there that have that layout. Tom Lindstrom has one with pictures. I don't know why they wouldn't do that option on a 4369. For our 4369 order, there's just two of us, so we took out the passenger side sofa and put in a credenza with fireplace. Gives more floor space with the slides in, gives us a fireplace and looks great! It all depends on what you need.

Yep that was it. Exactly what we are looking for. Unfortunately it looks a little small in that living area with the couch out. At least it does in the pics.

We just purchased the 4369 with the fireplace setup you are referring to. Plenty of room and I suggest you see it for yourself. When spending this much money you want to make sure you are getting what you want. I have attached some pics of out coach.

We have the 4018
DW loves the fireplace
We replaced the L couch with the fold and tumble couch for the queen air bed
L couch will not sleep the 2 grandkids

This a picture from the factory during the build. Unfortunately the fireplace is covered by cardboard but you get the idea. We only needed one sofa and chose the euro booth ensemble to gain aisle space with the slides in.
