2016 DS 4369 Stumped by Electrical Problem :-(

I am pretty good about trouble shooting things, but, this one has me stumped on our 2016 DS 4369 on a FL chassis.

Please read my post completely so I can zero in on something that I do not know or have not checked :-)

We have lost the 120V power on several GFI protected outlets- half bath next to the toilet, the outlets around our bed and the outlets in the full bath...all of these are connected to a GFI somewhere but I can't find where that would be.

I have checked and reset all the GFI's that I can find and they all have the green LED showing they are ok.

The GFI's that I know of are above the kitchen sink, in the 1/2 bath medicine cabinet and outside in the basement tool bay. I have also checked and reset all the 120 V circuit breakers in the circuit breaker panel in the 1/2 bath.

Any ideas would be very appreciated !!! Happy Holidays !!!

Cheers,

Curt

Some other thoughts......have you checked your power panel up front, do you have power coming in on both legs of shore power....cord reel issue? What happens if you run the generator?

Some Newmars have gfics in the storage lockers below. Check there for tripped ones
Also, if your inverter is tripped, it may act like you describe. There will be a reset button on the inverter's side.
Dutch Star Don's idea of running the generator would let you know if it anything to do with the pedestal, incoming cord etc.

I also had one in my front passenger bay where the freezer on the pullout is located.

I have power every where else and on both legs of my 50 amp shore...it is just the outlets around the bed, the full bath in the back, also I have no power to the vacuum plug or the other outlet in that bay.

I have also checked the inverter...it was not tripped, if it was, I would have no outlets working in the entire coach.....the ones that are not working now are just the ones I described.

Have you checked the plugs in the bathroom medicine cabinets?

I have a gfi in the 1/2bath under the cabinet. this one IS NOT IN VIEW. I have to remove the drawer to get to the gfi!!!

if you expand the attached pic, you can barely see the green light on the gfi, visiable behind the drawer.
Newmar has a habit of hiding some of these under the cabinets out of access!!! I do have all the other GFIs you have listed.

This one may be better to see. this pupy is in an enclosed cabinet (1/2 bath) with no access, except by removing the drawer. I had the camera stuck behind the drawer to take a pic

I have a 2015 4369 and the two resettable gfis that I know of are the ones you have above the kitchen sink and in the half bath. I'm my previous house I had a gfi problem and tried punching the reset a number of times in succession which worked. Later, the gfi failed and needed replacement. Might pull the gfi and wire around it to test it regardless of the green light if you don't find any other resettable ones.

Trace it down

Dont trust any GFCI. Pull all GFCI outlets out far enough to trace the power coming in and going out.

Might be a bad punchdown outlet that won't hold onto a wire, disabling all else wired in series with it.
