2016+ DSDP HDMI Splitter locations
I have a 4369 on order. I am planning on adding in an HDMI Matrix switch to allow all tv's to choose independent sources, or same sources.
I want to know where the HDMI Splitters are located for the front TV's. This should be a box that has the input from the blue ray player, and goes to each television. It would stand to reason that it is either in the cabinet with the televator, but I was hoping to confirm it's location.
There should actually be 2 of these boxes, one for each HDMI source, and with 2-3 outputs cables, depending on which tv's are installed.
Coaches that only have the televator and bedroom tv will not have this box.
Coaches that have the front TV and/or the outside tv will have this box.
Please note the year of your coach, as it may be differently installed on the 2016-2017 than it is on the 2018+ due to the change from a full stereo to the soundbar.

Just to add PDR John's MOD & REPAIR Section in QT's #3, all the way down into second section, may have some tips you can use, he has a big write up on HDMI stuff.

Yes, great tip. I am now having one run from the Front AV cabinet to the back av, and one from the forward splitter to the back av cabinet.
Thanks Stuart W!

Maybe I not understanding exactly what you are doing but I think I accomplished the same thing.
In 2015 they were not running Cat5 just HDMI. I had Newmar make my AV cabinet in the cabinet under the buffet counter (I have table and chairs and computer desk layout.) They ran the satellite and cable TV coaxes to this cabinet. I simply had Newmar run HDMI cables from each of the 4 TV's to my AV cabinet. I had them eliminate their 1 x 4 HDMI splitters as they were not necessary with the 4 x 4 matrix HDMI splitter I put in. (I purchased the 4 x 4 from Riverpark, who supplies a lot of the AV equipment. They even delivered it to my coach and installed it for me, before I got there for my Factory Delivery.)
Having all cabling and the DVR & DVD components in the AV cabinet, makes it very convenient to get to and easy to move components (Dish receivers, etc.). Switching the HDMI box is easy and therefor the remote is not necessary.
You may be trying to accomplish something different that I did, so this may not be relevant.
Good luck on your new coach!

Nope, sounds like the same goal. I was just going to use factory locations for the matrix switch.

Yes, using the IR repeaters.
I may be upgrading to a 10" controller that will operate this as well. Similar to a cresson setup. I am still prototyping

Thanks for the pictures. It seems it really does vary. I have modified for custom request to say I want 2 cat 6 from the bedroom AV area to the HDMI Distribution location. That will resolve any issues in case they move it again

I would make sure there is a clear understanding of this, I encountered communication issues in this area.

So these 2 repeaters are for 3 TVs out? What are the 2 inputs?
