2016 Newmar Canyon Star roll up blinds

Any one know how to increase roll up pressure on the spring assembly. Our blinds don't roll up very well , need more spring pressure [emoji736]

Be careful how much tension you put on the roller spring. We have had six of these break since owning our coach. There is a plastic part that holds one end of the spring assembly together, that tends to snap when under too much tension. See pic.

The other problem I'm having is the track that Newmar fastened inside the window box with three brackets and wood screws keeps falling down , not enough solid wood up top to screw into , [emoji15][emoji35].....

This is not related to the roll up blinds, but I to have a 2016 canyon star 3710 and have a question for you about the flooring.
