I have a Kenmore radio in my Ventana. Bluetooth works fine except when I make a phone call or receive a phone call. I have an Iphone 11. It will cycle on and off displaying on the screen. In and out. My friend has a 2018 Tiffen with the same radio as mine and she has the same problem.
Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the forum.
Is the signal good on the display of phone and the ant for radio has a good signal for pick-up of signal.

Maybe a signal booster might help.

Does it look like it's working right but no one can hear you when you call out?
