2016 Newmar Ventana Le 4037
Interested in the Ventana Le 4037 Is anyone driving one, and or towing a vehicle. How is it preforming and I understand the hitch is a 10000# down graded to 5000# I will tow a 2013 GRAND CHEROKEE. I read the chassis upgrade but can't see the reason for going to the Ventana for a tag and some extra fluff. Please weigh in.

Although a couple feet shorter, the Ventana 3709 is a non-tag with 360HP Cummins/3000 Allison and full 10K hitch capacity. Not that much more than the LE. We considered an LE, but the 5K hitch limitation was deal breaker.

I have a 4500# Grand Cherokee so with a little fuel it still works for the 5K should work for us.

We have a Cherokee and it is smaller than a Grand Cherokee, but it weighed 4556 on a CAT Scale. We were really shocked it weighed that much.

I have seen many towed vehicles that were crammed with the overflow.
Coolers bikes etc. You could easily go over the weight limit doing that. Just make sure you know how it will be used.

We have a 2016 Ventana Le 4037. The hitch is same part number as the one on the London Air. it is derrated to 5K because of other factors. Newmar told me the limitation is the tongue weight of 500LBs and not the htich. I told them i wanted to tow an f150 with a quad in the back 4 wheels down and they had no issues with that as long as the combined weight didn't exceed 41,400. The F15o loaded with the quad and gear should be under 6,500 and I'm totally comfortable with that as long as I'm under 41400.

We bought our from RVOne in Tampa Florida, and took delivery in Albany NY. This is our first motorhome, having camped in 4 fifth wheels in the past. We have two trips in the coach and all we can say is wow! We love it! Since this is our first motorhome we have no way to compare it to others. I can say that it its features and optioned make this a very capable motorhome. Pm me if you would like to talk about the coach in more detail. Good Luck!

We have a 2016 Ventana LE 4002 and tow a Grand Cherokee at ~4800lbs without issue. We have the 360HP Cummins and take hills and climbs as expected. I really don't even notice the toad most of the time.

Yes we got the one piece roof. I don't know anything about the alternative but the one piece roof is nice.
