2017 Dutch Star - Driver's side window tint?

Today we drove southwest on a sunny day. My left arm was burning from the sun blazing in the driver's side window, not to mention the heat generated by the sun coming through the glass. I had the roller shade was down as far as it would go. It auto-stops to avoid blocking the right side rear view mirror.

Has anyone tinted their driver's windows? If so, did you find a mobile tint service?

On our Essex that driver's window is big and we did get it tinted and worked great. Used med. tint from mobile tint person and also had first 12" of top of windshield also tinted.

Be very careful. If the tint is on the inside it could trap heat between the 2 panes and cause the seal to fail.

Just had my side, Passenger side tinted with 31% tint. Made a big difference. The band across the front windshield is a 5% limo tint. Doing the tint makes a big difference.

Mobile tint co charged me $275 took them about 2 to 3 hours.

They also mentioned there is another tint that is on the market that does not even look like a tint and blocks 98% of the heat.
