We have a 4327 and wouldn't trade it for any other floor plan.
Biggest advantage for us is that the mid-bath door on the 4327 is a full size pocket door, whereas every other floorplan that Newmar makes uses a narrow pivot door in the half bath. This is needed in order to allow access with the slides in, but it reduces the width of the doorway significantly. I'm not getting any narrower at my age, and I feel like I'm getting into the bathroom on an airplane with that pivot door. The 4327's pocket door is much wider.
And the mid-coach location of the w/d is more to our liking than being located in the rear bath as with all other floor plans.
Why Newmar built the 4327 only one year (2018), I don't know. I can say this...as long as they keep putting that pivot door in every floorplan, as they do now, we'll be keeping our 4327 and continuing to love it!
