2018 Ventana Steps will not retract

The steps came down traveling checked the fuse and it seem ok can't get the step to budge. There is a single wire under the steps that looks like half a inline fuse that is open. Anyone have any ideas how to retract the steps? Just left Nappanee getting Wty work done and got about 200 miles down the road and this popped up. Call me lucky.

Thanks
Andy

Call Erica at Newmar C/S. She’s pretty helpful. Have your coach serial number handy.

Andy,
Sorry you are having this problem. I don’t have an answer to your problem but I am sure you will get some good suggestions. It was nice meeting you and Sally in North Carolina hope to see you next month.

Got the steps fixed today seems the ground wires were rusted, cleaned them and greased the arms and steps. Working fine now. Ventana 2018 4369
