2019 Bay Star Captain Seats

I tried to see if I had an original post on this and couldn't find one. I wanted to give Newmar credit for doing their part in rectifying the problem with the flaking material on our captains' seats. The entire chairs were replaced by Newmar due to flaking the first year we owned our rig. The seats again severely flaked in 2021. Newmar agreed to send us new seat covers and also reimburse us for the labor to have it done. It took us about 9 months to find an upholsterer to replace them but we finally got it done. Newmar just sent us the labor reimbursement check. Kind of nice to have a company stick to their word and do the right thing. All the best.
