2019 Dutch Star Frameless Windows
I've exhausted the searches. Does anyone know what manufacturer of the framless windows Newmar used in their 2019 Dutch Star coaches?
Anyone know of a source for the windows other than Newmar?
Lastly, can a single flip window (twist-to-open) in a 3-glass unit be replaced or does the entire unit have to be replaced?
Thanks

Hehr International was the manufacturer of Newmar's windows. Lippert bought out Hehr's glass business and shut down the plant.
So you could have glass from Lippert (after Hehr plant shutdown). Lippert likes to apply their version of cost savings to the glass making process which would explain the explosion of horribly manufactured windows in Newmar products.
I've heard of glass falling out all sorts of fogging issues, etc.
If you are trying to source who the maker is in order to replace your windows I recommend you use another vendor. Or deal with Newmar directly. These issues I would hope have been sorted by now.
As to your 2nd question the answer is that most any competent glass shop can fix/replace your glass. They can cut to match and have the glass tempered. Then they will install it back to the frame and install in your coach.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply.
I am hoping to hear from a Newmar owner who has more intimate knowledge of this type of window and has either replaced or had one of these windows replaced. Which manufacturer was Newmar using in the Dutch Star in 2019 (Lippert or Hehr)?
Replacing this glass is more involved than simply cutting a piece of glass and placing it back into a frame as adhesive and swing out/tilt out function is involved.

Understood. I'm saying that even if you hear from another Newmar owner you won't get the same answer. It's a crap shoot as to what was installed.
I doubt even the factory can tell you what exactly was installed in your rig.
Like I said previously you're better off just contacting Newmar. At least you have a shot of knowing what you are asking about your specific coach.
Good luck!

On your last question, yes the tilt part of the window can be replaced independently.
You have to drill out the rivets holding the hand crank to the frame then pivot the tilt portion almost to the point of it being against the upper fixed portion and it will release.
Be sure to have a grip on the glass when pivoting.
I’ve been successful 3/3 times.
Good luck.

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Bay Star, Ventana, New Aire, 2019-2020 Canyon Star, Bay Star Sport, Essex, King Aire, London Aire, Mountain Aire, 2018-2021 Dutch Star, 2020 Kountry Star, and 2019 Ventana LE motorhomes. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail. The potential number of units affected is 2,169.
Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the windows, and replace the vent if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 25, 2021. Owners may contact Newmar customer service at 1-800-731-8300. Newmar’s number for this recall is 21E 047.
Notes
Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153).

If your coach has Hehr each window will have the HEHR hallmark in the lower right corner….I would bet you have the Lippert product…..good luck

Suncoast Designers in Hudson FL works on and replaces glass in all windows. I know they do it on site, if you take the coach in, and I think they will also do the work if you send them the windows.
