They have never done one before, but said they would attempt to do it. If it is as simple as I told them, remove wheel, install centramatic, install wheel, then they said it will be simple to do. If for any reason they cannot, then there is a tire shop nearby.

I believe Centramatic is going to be at the Hoots rally, I’ll get more information on them and possibly get them installed.

Kinda surprised that Newmar doesn't normally do any type of balancing from the factory. Either Centramatics, balance beads or worse, wheel weights.
I somewhat understand why no Centramatics due to the cost. Possibly Newmar's experience is that the tire balance hasn't been an issue (good quality control and / or the heavy suspension dampens out any perceived issues). Every automobile gets a final balance.
Mine had balance beads in the tires, but they aren't original tires so I didn't know when they got put in. I have no issues with tire vibration.

I just ordered for all three axles. Thank you for the Florida Shores Truck Center tip Don, and thank you for the Newmar tip Red Baron.

I too have ordered everything. I sent FCCC an email with the vin #'s from a 2016 and 2017 tag. The part numbers changed each year, but the slope and lip are the same.

I sent an email to Jerry @ centramatics, asking about the fitment.
His response:
Quote:
THE 800-820 IS FOR CLASS 8 TRUCKS WITH DISK BRAKES OR 16.5" DRUMS
IT COULD HAVE A CROSS FITMENT
*
BUT WILL NOT FIT A 315 TIRE OR LARGER ON A 9" WIDE RIM OR WIDE
|
Of the two users that replied, one has a 43' tag, with the 315/80 on 9" wheels and one has a 4018 40' tag with 315/70 on 9" wheels.
I dont know why Cemtramatic sent me the info, but based on the 2 users installation, I have gone ahead and placed my order. Once they are installed, I will post back a confirmation.
