2019 NA slide out large motor gear available

Our 2019 low mile New Aire B/R slide out gearbox broke the inside small gear shaft and tooth on that gear so I am wondering if someone has a gearbox available with that small gear and shaft that I might be able to purchase from you? Its the so called Conventional Slide Out motor with large gearbox #KMG K01176G100 , Newmar # 11883 1/15 hp, 2 rpm! It broke on the way in at the stop so I suppose the current limiting circuit box might not have been adjusted correctly to stop the motor when the current increased at the stop. Thank You! Hello.i had the same problem with my 2017 ventana 3436 bedroom slide out where 2 gears teeth busted. Where did you purchase your K01176G100 slide out gear box and motor. I also like.to know how to adjust the limit switch so this does not happen again.

Gary....the problem is.....everyone is breaking the same gear in each of the different style motor/gearboxes. I have two gear boxes sitting in my garage. Same broken gear. Klauber, the maker of the transmission won't sell the gear. I was able to give the counter off of the end of one to a friend, so he now has a working spare. Mine are only good as anchors or for someone who needs a housing that has the four famous (loosening) bolts stripped out.

Someone needs to give their old gear to an enterprising machine shop to make up 50 or so replacement gears.

I looked into it, it eats up two gears. The guestimate was about $300 - $400. n real discount for making extras.
