2019 New Aire Slide Issue
I have had my 2019 3341 New Aire for a couple of weeks now.
I put my passenger side slide out and noticed the bottom panel of my sofa was pushed out from the bottom. I looked under the sofa and noticed this black track like thing would stop before slide was fully extended and would push into the bottom panel of the sofa. Any idea's what caused this?
I've uploaded a couple of pictures.

No idea what's causing it but I would not move the slide until that umbilical is freed up. Lots of important stuff in that bundle including water lines.

We had the same thing happen during delivery of our 2019 NA3345. The bracket was bent back into shape and the problem has not recurred. I think it was due to the techs at NIRVC moving the slides in and out without airing up the airbags first. I pointed this out to the lead guy when one of the techs did it yet again, and he told me that it wouldn't happen again. Suffice to say, it is a tight fit, and if the slide is out of alignment, it will bend anything in its way. I keep an eye on the couch when bringing the FWS in. Hoping for the best!

What was bent? The only thing I see bent so far are the brackets holding the bottom panel of the sofa. Does something else look bent to you?

The silver metal bracket in your second picture looks like it is bent upwards like ours was. It should lie flat on top of the umbilical cords as turbo said. In our case, it hit the couch front cover piece and pushed it outwards towards the room.

Do you have a picture? or does anyone with a new aire have a picture of what this should look like?

Here's a pic of the front of our couch with the cover piece removed. One of the silver brackets in the pic was bent upwards. The solution was to bend it back into place. Hope this helps.

In the second picture it looks like the flooring is cracked too. Right in front of the track.

It’s not an actual crack, it’s the New Aire design for the floors. It looks incredible in person, I’m definitely a fan of that specific flooring.

Pictures with slide in.
The floor tile is ok.
Here are a couple of pictures with the slide in. , when the slide goes out the black housing goes under the bracket, which may be bent or was bent this way. What caused this?
The last picture is when the slide is out.

Don't know, something out of alignment, snagged the bracket and the hydraulics keep going... Like I said, I am religious about being aired up before moving the slides now.
