2020 Essex no basement lights

Staying with a friend who has a 2020 Essex on their shakedown trip. He can’t get any basement lights to turn on when the doors are opened. We can see the grounding switch on each door but is there a master switch anywhere?

We’ve checked the passenger armrest area and Newmar hasn’t been able to tell him with any confidence whether there is or is not a master switch. I’ve read a post about all lights being stuck on and it being related to the grounding switch on a door. But would that also prevent all of them from coming on?

I told him I’d check here before he gets back on the phone with them tomorrow.

It's just a switch. Not called a grounding switch. Check each individual light for a switch. If nothing is found check the fuse box.

All Newmar’s I have been in have a rocker switch to the right of the passenger seat the turns on the power to the basement lights. If off the switches on each door are deactivated. It looks like this, the one that says cargo light.
