2020 King Aire Powered Theater Seating.

We were recently in a friend's 2020 King Aire. He insisted that we try out the Theater Seats. They were very nice indeed. He didn't know if Villa made them or not. Does anyone know who makes them?

I keep reading here and other places that FLex-Steel is out of the RV business, yet I have been shopping for the right Newmar coach and every 2020 or 2021 still says Fex-Steel on the tags.

I agree. However, King Aire's have even built with Villa furniture for a while now.

They are Villa. This is my London Aire where I replaced the recliners. I bought them directly from Villa and installed them myself. The install was fairly simple, they come apart into 6 pieces.

Thanks Scott. We also have recliners. I'll send you a pm with some more questions.

Did you have window valance (the side pieces) on the window behind the seat?

Yes, but oddly enough they clear just fine without them notched out like Newmar does. I was in Nappanee and the Tech even said when he does an install they don't modify the valances.

Are you glad you went with Villa, we where thinking of going with Lambright in our 17 London Aire.

We went with Lambright because the center section flips up. Allows for a third person to sit on the couch or stretch out for a nap. Super comfortable. I think the Villa is a good product but the center section is fixed and they do not have an option for a moveable center.

Villa theatre seats

Greetings all,we replaced the original uncomfortable villa recliners with the villa theatre seats…….2019 king aire….ultra leather, and they are unbelievably comfortable and the deep center section works well for storing remote controls or snacks or whatever…..I think by 2020 model year the same seating included heat/cool/massage…….it’s very difficult to not fall asleep while reclining in the villa theatre seats……..may be the best part of the whole coach actually…joe b 2019 king aire

Has anyone tried to order from Newmar or any of the aftermarket suppliers in the last year. I have tried every few months and keep being told they are not taking orders due to the high demand in new coaches and I should try back in a few months.
