2020 New Aire shower drain leak

My shower is leaking water at the seal where the drain attaches to the water pipe below the shower floor. We have tried access by taking off the water supply panel with no luck. Must we remove the rear tire and access from the wheel well?

Any assistance appreciated!

You can remove the wall
Behind the shower in the bedroom. Remove the pocket doors and then the wall panel and you can access the plumbing. Or contact any NIRVC service center for the repair as well.

Is there a access panel under the floor
If there is put the jacks down and it might help access
