Bobby--First of all, you have been very helpful. More so than many others. So thank you! Secondly, I apologize because I bought this coach used (2020) model, so i didn't have a thorough run-through with a top-notch dealership like yours (beginning to wish I had). My problems began almost 2 weeks ago when I discovered after coming back from a 3-day road trip that the chassis batteries were not charging when plug into 1 110 v gfi plug where we store the RV while at home. The original owner said they were new, so I was pretty sure it wasn't the battery itself. Meanwhile, I had also noticed that the screen above the door (not Silver Leaf) showed the chassis batteries at zero volts. But when the motor was running, the LED screen above the steering wheel was showing 14 volts. The original owner had also mentioned that he had to replace half of the 8 6-volt deep cycle house batteries back in the winter. What we discovered was whomever changed those out did not cable them back into the proper series. After following the diagram provided in the battery bay, and also after finding a lead coming from the house to the chassis that was disconnected, we finally got the right voltage to the chassis batteries. Also, we had already gone through the process of changing out the battery isolation manager and had disconnected the inverter for 30 minutes to allow it to reset as well. So, now my house batteries and chassis batteries show to be charging at 13.2 volts. I have my inverter shore setting at 15 amps, I have the power set at 20 amps. For 10 ten days, I have not lost power, OR tripped the gfi. So we solved the battery issue!
But since then, the step won't retract, and this started me down this path that I am now on.
After speaking to Newmar today, I have discovered that on my unit, the steps and the jacks operate from the HWH system. The full wall and the bedroom slide work on eletric motors and are independent of the HWH system. MY BAD! I don't know if the original owner told me or I had heard it from someone else, but it appears that my slides are not part of the problem.
So, I did find a way to unplug the curb sensor. And I have checked the inline fuses in the hydraulic bay (all good). I have a flashing light on the step BIOM mounted to the wall of the bay. I have two other flashing red lights. One mounted above the pump in the center and another further back and to the right.
When I turn on the ignition key, the green light (safe travel mode) and to yellow lights are on the HWL level board. When I hit the auto level button, the blue flashing lighting comes on next to that button, but the jacks do not extend.
Holding the HWH reset switch for 5 seconds does nothing. The step switch on the wall as you enter. Nothing. The step switch above the door. Nothing.
As per my Newmar Rep Darien Todd, I even checked the big fuses on the chassis battery hookups. They are all good.
Is my next step to contact HWH, or is there soemthing else I need to try? Again, thanks so much for your help.

Thank you sir. I try to help out everyone equally. You don't have to be an NIRVC customer. We just want you to be one in the future.
Yes, reach out to HWH. You will place a call. Someone will call you back, take all of your information and then by the next day you should receive a call from tech support. They can walk you through any other things we need to check. Did you try unplugging both of the plugs from the rubber strips? If you look in the cabinet in the kitchen that has your coach info on the door, there is a 6 digit number at the top. If you can send me that, I'll reach out to Newmar tech support while you wait for HWH to call back and see if there is something we are missing.

Have you verified that power to the 2 solenoids is good, and that the 2nd solenoid is getting power when you start to engage you jacks?
From the description I would suspect that one or both solenoids is not working properly. I do not know the location of these on the Super-C, but it is directly above the reservoir for HWH hydraulic fluid and beside or on top of the pump.

And someone else suggested that the connection between the parking brake and the HWH system may not be grounded properly. He stated that if I turn the ignition key on with the parking brake set, that the travel mode light should go off if the brake sensor is working correctly. "When its on, its telling you that the brake is released, or that our system is turned off. if its on, the hwh system will not work. If the travel light stays on in either of these conditions, you have a park brake issue. you need to make sure you are getting a ground signal from the park brake to the miom on top of the hydraulic pump."
