2021 Kountry Star New Owner

How do I adjust the patio awning angle? Currently, it extends straight out at a 90 degree angle - Thanks!

I'm not sure which brand they installed on yours, but the electric driven awnings with arms should have an adjustment feature in the support arms or the bracket they attach to on the sidewall.

Recently I was camped next to a new RV owner with one of these awnings and his was straight out. I asked him if he could adjust the angle and he didn't know as it was the first time he had it out and no one covered it with him at his dealership. He assumed he couldn't. He pulled out the owners manual and it was a very simple adjustment on the arm mechanisms. He could even set it to have slope to one side vs just top to bottom. It was no where near the flexibility of manual awnings, but better than nothing.

Awning Adjustment?

I too would like to know how to adjust the pitch! 2021 Kountry Star 3709. And if we do adjust it, does the wind control feature become inoperable?

Just did a PDI yesterday on my daugter's new travel trailer with the electric 90 degree awning.

With it extended the salesman simply pulled down on a lever of the awning support bracek and it lowered it down. Never would have known that if he hadn't showed us.

Our 2020 Kountry Star had the awning with the visible vertical slide tracks on each end. I don't recall the exact procedure but there was a lever or release catch on the mechanism in the track that allows a vertical adjustment to change the pitch.

I would think you would be able to find information on Newgle to adjust your awning. Especially on new coaches.

I added some pitch to mine to allow rain to run off easier. The wind sensor still works the same.
